The Bluebird of Happiness
West Midlands Theatre Company put on a show. It was very funny and some of us got to take part.

Music to Our Ears
Alan and Baethan, one of our parents visited our school with a selection of musical instruments. Alan is in the Army Band and Baethan plays music and owns a music shop in Birr.
They talked about the different instruments, played music and sang some songs.
They also got some of the pupils up to play music as well.
Board Games
We played Board Games in our school and won €200 for submitting a record of how much we enjoyed the day.
Well Done Carol
Carol Leonard, a past pupil of Lumcloon NS is one of the two 'Ultimate Volunteers' and will be spending a year together travelling the world and helping to improve lives. Carol along with So Johnny Finegan Jr. will start their adventure in January in Ghana and later on to India and Thailand.

School Tour
We went on our School Tours on Friday. The Junior Classes went to Aura Tullamore Leisure Centre and Jumping Jacks. The Senior Classes went to Portumna Forest Park where they were canoeing and orienteering with Birr Outdoor Education Centre.
