Rice Krispie Chocolate Buns
Fourth Class got to make some Rice Krispie Buns in school. Ciara wrote about making the buns and typed it onto the computer.
First we got chocolate and we got the microwave.
We broke up chocolate and put it in a bowl. We brought it over to the microwave and put them in for one minute we took it out but it wasn’t melted so we put it back in for ten seconds. Then we took it out and we put in some rice krispies and we mixed it up. We put them in bun cases and left them there. Then we put sprinkles on them. Next we got marshmallows and got chocolate and broke it up again. We put in little marshmallows on top and put them in the microwave for a minute and ten seconds and we took it out and it was very hard so Mr.Gilligan mixed it up and poured in some rice krispies and mixed it up again. Then we put them in bun cases and put sprinkles on them. We were going to make to make more buns so we made rice krispies buns with raisins in them. First we got chocolate and melted it for one minute and ten seconds. Then we took it out and put it on the worktop. We put raisins in and mixed it up and then we put out bun cases and put the rice krispies into them. Then we had to tidy up so we tidied up and left them to set. We left them until second break and they were lovely.
We had some left so we gave some to first class.
