Our Christmas Concert
Our Concert took place on Wednesday December 17th and
Thursday December 18th.
Each room did their own short play and we all sang some Christmas
songs at the end of the Concert.
The Infant Classes did a Nativity Play called "Waiting" which is from the Alive-O religion programme. They did a great job and everybody thought they were brilliant.
First and Second Classes did a play called "Santa's Missing Hat". In the play, Santa's hat goes missing on Christmas Eve and there is panic in his workshop as he cannot take off with the toys without his hat. The reindeer were very popular and everybody loved Rudolph's red nose.
Bedtime Story was the name of the play by the Third and Fourth Classes. In the play, a bad fairy casts a spell on the baby princess, but the day is saved by her brothers and their love of rugby. It was a very funny play.
The Fifth and Sixth Classes did a play about the boldest class in Ireland. Their play even had Aliens. In the play, a very bold class came up with a plan to get rid of their teacher by tricking aliens into taking their teacher and the school principal away with them. But the day is saved by a very cross mother who soon puts manners on the bold class.
