Spike the Dragon
We are listening to the story "Farmer Giles of Ham" in class. We decided to write our own stories about Spike, a young dragon who got into trouble.
Spike the Dragon by Sinead Kenny.
Once upon a time there was a dragon called Spike.
He was a gentle dragon.
He lived with his family in a cave near the woods.
One day he had a fight with his older sister.
It was about breathing fire.
His sister said don't breath fire in the cave it could cause damage in the
cave.
Any way Spike didn't listen.
He went to the woods and started to breath fire.
Spike was enjoying it but the flames were getting bigger and bigger and Spike
started to shout help.
His daddy was near the woods and heard the shouts for help and came straight
away.
He saw the fire and flapped his wings to put it out and Spike never did it
again.
The End.
