Netdays 2001 - Quiz

Well, we are all ready and waiting to get started on our Millenium Quiz. We had a dry run with the other schools on Tuesday 14th of November and we are dying to get started on the real thing on Monday 20th. Úna Feeley, ICT Advisor with Athlone Education Centre has very kindly agreed to be our Independent Scrutineer and at present is checking all the questions which the participating schools have e-mailed her for checking. The schools are:

1. Ballinamere N.S., Tullamore, Co. Offaly.

2. Ballinahinch N.S., Birdhill, Co. Tipperary.

3. St. Kieran's N.S., Broughall, Kilcormac, Co.Offaly.

4. The Heath N.S., Portlaoise, Co.Laois.

5. Creagh N.S., Ballinasloe, Co. Galway.

6. Convent N.S., Rochfortbridge, Co. Westmeath.

7. Scoil Mhuire, Newtownforbes, Co. Longford.

8. Redeemer N.S., Dundalk, Co. Louth.

9. Scoil na gCeithre Mháistrí, Áth Luain, Co. na hIarmhí.

10. And ourselves - Lumcloon N.S.

This is the plan for next week - 10.00 am and 2.00 pm each day for the five days, starting with Lumcloon on Monday morning and The Heath on Monday afternoon.

So, good luck to all involved. Our involvement in the organisation ends on Monday when we send our questions around to the other schools. All that's left is for everyone to have a go and enjoy themselves.
